HOW DO WE WORK WITH SURTREAT?
MATERIALS
Through a combination of proprietary chemical formulations, SURTREAT® solutions penetrate into the concrete microstructure in liquid and vapor state to combine with the cement phase of concrete as well as deposit on the imbedded steel components.
RESULTS
A cost effective way for all concrete deterioration prevention and correction. SURTREAT® concrete solutions are priced to keep concrete repair costs down directly as well as indirectly with reduced future maintenance expenses.
TECHNOLOGY

ENVIRONMENT
The chemical formulations used do not contain any of the hazardous materials listed on the SARA Title III chemical inventory or 40 CFR Part 372. There are no heavy metals or carcinogenic materials in the formulations.

CASE STUDY: KRESSEN STREET
Coordinated Systems Consulting was approached by the utility client to develop a solution for a current problem with a new service introduction into an existing manhole. To install the new utility extension, a hole needs to be cut in the sidewall of the brick manhole. Due to the age of the manhole it was determined the brick wall was minimally reinforced and did show some signs of aging and disrepair.
